• Live Streaming & Content Creation: You are explicitly permitted to broadcast UTENIQ utilities (including the Stopwatch OBS Chroma Green and Custom branding overlays) on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Facebook Gaming, and broadcast television.
• Commercial & Professional Use: Coaching, esports competitions, studio productions, and corporate workouts without licensing fees.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Brand: The name "UTENIQ", the 3D folded ribbon U logo mark, the modular cube graphics, the site design, and code architecture are the proprietary intellectual property of UTENIQ.

Your Content: You retain 100% ownership and copyright over any brand names, team logos, and visual assets you upload to customize the tool interface. UTENIQ claims no rights or ownership over your uploaded stream assets.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer server infrastructure, perform denial-of-service attacks, or overwhelm the site's bandwidth.
• Re-package and sell UTENIQ tools as proprietary closed-source paid software without express authorization.
• Upload malicious payloads, viruses, or illegal graphic materials via user file dialogs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

UTENIQ provides tools and utilities on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our timing engines are calibrated with zero-drift monotonic clocks (`performance.now()`), UTENIQ is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or missed time-critical deadlines resulting from hardware interruption, power loss, or browser crashes.
